Connection Recruitment Ltd is a family run company, founded by Dianne and William Baker in 2001.Its sister company Temploy Personnel commenced in 1999 as a Sole Trader before becoming Ltd in 2001 along with Connection Recruitment. With over 30 years recruitment experience, the company supply staff to many blue chip companies and Local Authorities.

Production and machine operatives, traffic management operatives, stock controllers, warehouse operatives, food production operatives, assemblers, pickers, packers, loaders, sorters, fork lift truck operators, general labourers, Cleaners, HGV and non-HGV drivers, catering staff, and leaflet distributors.

Traffic Management

Experienced Traffic Management Operatives (certified and non-certified), Barrier Erectors, Traffic Safety Officers, IPV Drivers, Assessors.

Commercial

Staff including office management, secretarial, clerical, word processing, data entry, administration, telesales, accounts and payroll clerks, customer services, call centre operators, sales managers, sales representatives and receptionists.

Waste Management/Street Cleansing/Recycling & Highways

Experienced refuse collection operatives, LGV drivers, street cleansing and recycling and highways operatives. All our operatives undergo a Health and Safety induction completed on CD-ROM, which produces a certificate. All are supplied with the relevant PPE. Licence checks are carried out every three months.
